Le projet est basé sur la trame de poûtres en béton armé qui soutiennent le plancher supérieur. Ce qui contraint les hauteurs sous plafond et les emplacements de cloisons intérieures. Une structure secondaire en acier supporte le plancher de l’étage. Le modèle de loft étant le même, la deuxième chambre est une option envisageable sur l’intégralité des lofts sur le site, même dans quelques années.
The project dimensions are based on the big concrete beam on the roof that supporte the upper storey. That constraint the position of the walls of the bedroom and the bathroom. The inside structure of the Loft is made of steel beams that support the night spaces. because there where a lot of Lofts built with the same dimensions, we can imagine to bring a new bedroom above the living room or the kitchen. This possibility still possible after years.
